Welcome to Villa Gumb3, a testament to resilience and design excellence. Initiated in 2015, our architectural journey faced challenges with hurricanes and the global pandemic, causing delays in engineering, permitting and finally product and material supplies. However, in 2024, we proudly present the realization of Villa Gumb3, standing tall in Oyster Bay.

Villa Gumb3 is a modern structure that emerges from the rock-embedded landscape, offering an unparalleled ocean view. The architecture seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a harmonious flow throughout the residence.

At the heart of Villa Gumb3 is a cantilevering pool that extends toward the horizon, providing an awe-inspiring view of the ocean. This family villa features an additional luxurious apartment, a spacious garage, and a stunning pool deck with unobstructed views of the azure waters.

The design is characterized by bay windows that invite moments of quiet introspection within the interiors, while strategically playing with sunlight and shade to enhance the external aesthetics.
