Soualiga Gardens

— Back 2 the Future

Under the umbrella of “Back 2 The Future”, initiated by VROMI in 2019,
this pilot project is designed with focus on collective use of the
gardens, with a mixed program of housing. 80 units varying from
spacious 250 sqm urban villas to 55 sqm studios.

The design is inspired on the mountain scape of the Guana Bay
valley, with its typical peaks. Each house has a uniformly framed
terrace and within their setback a different color for each house.
The appearance of the design is perceptible from Suckergarden
Road and it fortifies the skyline of Greater Philipsburg.
