The development of contemporary tourism products in the post-pandemic context calls for a new typology of hospitality: long-stay luxury accommodations that seamlessly combine remote working and leisure. The Morgan Residences responds to this paradigm by offering hotel residences of exceptional size and quality, comparable to premier luxury accommodations in global metropolitan centers such as New York, Dubai, and Tokyo.
Positioned above an expanded parking deck, the building benefits from uninterrupted panoramic sea views on both sides. To the west, the suites overlook the world-renowned aircraft landing zone at Maho Beach, while the eastern orientation frames expansive ocean horizons and distant island views, including Saba.
The proposed project incorporates a large-scale parking facility providing 353 new parking spaces. The ground floor level is predominantly dedicated to parking, ensuring optimal circulation, functionality, and accessibility. An elevated deck establishes a robust urban plinth, designed to mitigate flood risk while creating a spatially generous platform with sweeping ocean views. This level accommodates additional parking, a dedicated drop-off zone, a signature restaurant directly connected to an event hall, and a 130-meter-long coastal swimming pool.
Rising above this horizontal base are 121 ultra-luxury suites, ranging in size from 100 m² (1.080sqft) to expansive penthouses of up to 350 m² (3.070sqft). The architectural design optimizes ground-level efficiency while maximizing views and contributing positively to the airport skyline. The building’s soft, curvilinear form allows it to integrate harmoniously with its surroundings.
