This six-level residence is conceived as a fully integrated architectural experience, combining scale, functionality, and spatial drama.
The program includes five master bedrooms, a dedicated gym, private cinema, bar, expansive living areas, a generous pool deck, panoramic viewing platform, guest accommodations, a two-car garage, and integrated solar energy systems.
Positioned on a hillside at 75 meters above sea level, the villa is organized around a central atrium that links all floors via a sculptural spiral staircase, enabling continuous visual connectivity and expansive panoramic views. A private elevator, extending from basement to rooftop, provides efficient vertical circulation. At each successive level, the orientation of the structural walls rotates by 90 degrees, generating dynamic spatial connections, varied openings, and a perceptibly lighter overall building mass.
Our scope for this project encompasses both architectural design and interior architecture, allowing for a cohesive and unified design language across all spaces.
Conceived as a residence beyond conventional luxury housing, this mega villa represents a distinct category of contemporary residential architecture.
Construction of this mega villa is ongoing and very slowly progressing but with careful attention, since this site and the structure are both complex.
