The project features one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom suites, each fully finished with a unique layout, unified by a consistent interior design concept.
Living areas are organized around a seamlessly integrated kitchen, equipped with contemporary appliances and high-performance composite countertops. Open-plan layouts support both everyday living and refined entertaining, combining functionality with understated elegance. Select residences include a guest powder room and dedicated laundry space, discreetly incorporated for added comfort and efficiency.
A strong emphasis on material quality defines the interiors. Coral stone flooring introduces regional character, while walls are finished in commercial-grade wallpaper or architectural paneling. Cabinetry is executed in either premium painted finishes or mahogany veneer, reinforcing a cohesive and sophisticated palette.
All residences are delivered fully furnished, with curated furniture selections designed to complement the interior architecture. Generous outdoor porches extend the living spaces into the tropical environment.
In select double-height spaces, walls are clad in crystal white limestone, sourced from the site excavation, reinforcing material continuity and celebrating the project’s connection to place.
