The parking surface is mainly semi-permeable paving to enhance stormwater infiltration, mitigate heat-island effects, and promote environmental sustainability.
This concept is translated into the expressive roof form, whose fluid geometry evokes the motion of a waving banner and plays with the mountainous background.
